Rotary screening bucket material
- Rotary screening tooth tips and inner protection are made of wear-resistant steel, with good welding performance.
- High wear resistance, not easy to wear. The bucket lift structural parts are all made of Q345B high-strength plates to increase the structural strength of the shell.
- All of them are quenched and tempered to ensure their wear resistance and durability.
- The hydraulic valve block is made of 20CrMo steel and sprayed with anti-corrosion paint.
Operating Instructions of the Rotary Screening Bucket
1. Before installation:
First of all, adjust the pressure and flow of the excavator so that the hydraulic oil pressure and flow of your excavator meet the requirements of the screening bucket you selected.
2. Pressure regulation:
Install the pressure gauge at the end of the P port of the oil circuit, open the stop valve, start the excavator, and replace the operating foot valve to the maximum stroke. , to the pressure gauge to the specified value. If the pressure is low, turn the pressure-reducing valve adjustment knob clockwise until the pressure gauge reaches the specified value.
3. Flow regulation:
Install the flowmeter in the P.T oil circuit, start the excavator, step on the foot valve slowly, and see the flow value. If it is too large, turn the flow valve handle clockwise to reduce the flow to the specified value; Rotate the handle of the flow valve to increase the flow to the specified value. After the installation is completed, start the excavator, open the stop valve, slowly lift the forearm, and then slowly step on the foot valve to see if the rotation of the rotary screening bucket is stable, whether there is any abnormal noise in the rotation, and whether there is any dry imagination. During construction, please follow the bucket capacity range marked in this manual. After loading, the boom should be raised, and the surrounding area should be observed to confirm that there are no crowds in the working range before rotating and adjusting the placement angle. During the construction of the rotary screen bucket, it is not allowed to rotate vertically under the condition of full material.
4. Final Check:
It is necessary to adjust the grabbing angle and rotate. Since the guards of the screening bucket are all thin high-strength plates, it is not allowed to screen large materials with a diameter of more than 200MM.
